Support

For years, a renowned Los Angeles hospitality group trusted Turning Point to open its venues, the full technology buildout, from the construction plans all the way to opening night. These are demanding, high-end spaces where the experience has to be flawless on day one and the people delivering it cannot get in the guests’ way. We built the entire technology layer behind that experience.

From the blueprints, with the builder

We worked directly from the construction plans alongside the general contractor, specifying the network cabling and the location of every port before the walls were closed. Designing the infrastructure at the plan stage, rather than retrofitting a finished space, is what lets a venue open with everything working and nothing improvised.

The whole environment, one integrator

Each opening covered the full stack: structured network cabling, surveillance, access control, point of sale, and venue-wide Wi-Fi, all on one managed environment delivered by a single team. One integrator owning every layer means the systems are designed to work together from the start, not stitched together from separate vendors after the fact.

Sound that matches the room

These venues live and die on atmosphere, so the audio was built to the standard the spaces demand, high-end distributed sound engineered and installed as part of the same buildout. It is the kind of detail that guests never consciously notice and would immediately feel if it were wrong.

Backed end to end

Across years of openings and the relationship that followed, the operation ran on infrastructure we designed, installed, and stood behind, with 24/7 support. One group, one integrator, every venue opened the same way: completely.
